Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. At DOS Collection, we take great pride in our presentation. The bottle, packaging, and high-quality liquid you see in our high-definition photography are exactly what will arrive at your doorstep. We ensure that our luxury standards are maintained from the digital screen to the physical product.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, a digital copy of your sales receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also view and download all your past invoices by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "Order History" section.

How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it remains in its original, unopened cellophane packaging. You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team via the form on this page or messaging us on WhatsApp. Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened perfume bottles cannot be returned.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly restock our signature collections. Because we use premium ingredients and natural oils, some of our boutique blends take time to mature. If a specific fragrance is out of stock, you can click the "Notify Me" button on the product page to be the first to know when it is available again.
